Return & Cancellation Policies
Grace Lockwood aspires to attain customer satisfaction with every transaction. Unfortunately due to the nature of our services, all sales are final. Grace Lockwood does not offer refunds, returns or exchanges of any kind. If you are not satisfied with your experience, please contact a customer care representative.
We understand that plans change and cancellations become necessary for services booked through Grace Lockwood which include, but are not limited to, shopping, styling and consulting. Cancellations for confirmed services can be made 48 hours prior to the scheduled date and time of service without penalty. Cancellation or changes with less than 48 hours of notice to the scheduled date and time of service will incur a charge for the full amount. There is no cancellation or change fee when booking any of our services if they have not been confirmed.

In these cases our Grace Lockwood personal shoppers will do their best to substitute the unavailable product with a viable option that is of the same cost and quality or better at no additional charge to you.
